A worldwide unique research project grants people access to enviromental education. Artifical underwater habitates created through tax money, can be lasting used for the communication of enviromental information.

An highlight shall be created, which merges research, education, tourism, archtecture an technology quite usefull. With this project can be sensitized a whole generation for the biosphere Baltic Sea and be createt a link between human and sea.
